That post was premonitory of the surprising incidental lawsuit filed by Social Security just a few weeks later against a request for exoneration from a client of Ribelles Abogados for a debt of 199 euros.

We hope that the Commercial Courts of Valencia will follow the "rebellious" line of the Courts of Madrid and Barcelona, and do not deviate from the criteria established by the Supreme Court in its famous Judgment dated July 2, 2019 that ruled that public credits (Treasury, Social Security, FOGASA) were included in the exemption system provided for in the already repealed Bankruptcy Law, so that debtors could request their deferred payment in 5 years after the declaration of the bankruptcy.
